Hi there...truly enjoy your blog and your products and i am so JAZZED to see the rub-on video (i have had problems with them as well). I have an apple computer and am not able to see the video?
It appears to have loaded, but there is nothing there?

Jaime, I'm on a pc, but clicking the link did nothing for me too...
Try right-clicking the link and then 'save target as' (I hope that's the english translation, I have a dutch version of Windows installed here). The file is about 6mb, so it takes awhile, but there you have it!

Jamie, I have an Apple too and it took it a while to download, maybe 15 minutes. During this time there's just the Quiktime symbol in the middle of the screen. Then it just starts playing... so maybe give it a little longer!

i haven't had a problem with your rub ons but i wanted to see the video anyway. it loaded easily with quick time and played automatically. it came up really small though, so you were like 1/2 an inch tall. still i think it will be helpful to those who are having troubles. it was a great tutorial, and a good idea to make it.

I am having trouble with your rub-ons. I have the bordeaux mix in black. They are really thin and tiny. Any pointers on these?

Ditto on Jane's comment, Heidi - I have used larger fonts with no problems whatsoever, but the Bordeaux Mix (even after I watched your video and tried the tips) just completely baffle me. No matter what I try, they do not work. But... I am in LOVE with the mini iron and use your chipboard letters all the time... Entertaining video, too!
