alright, so... keep in mind that this is not a big-budget production! LOL!! the movie is 8 minutes... you know me, i am long-winded! but... i think you will LAUGH! if nothing else!
it may take a couple minutes to download, and you may need to download quicktime if you don't have it!

Hi there...truly enjoy your blog and your products and i am so JAZZED to see the rub-on video (i have had problems with them as well). I have an apple computer and am not able to see the video?
It appears to have loaded, but there is nothing there?
I hope to see it soon!!!
Thanks for all you do for us scrapbookers!!

Great to see you in action, Heidi!
Jaime, I'm on a pc, but clicking the link did nothing for me too...
Try right-clicking the link and then 'save target as' (I hope that's the english translation, I have a dutch version of Windows installed here). The file is about 6mb, so it takes awhile, but there you have it!
hth!

Jamie, I have an Apple too and it took it a while to download, maybe 15 minutes. During this time there's just the Quiktime symbol in the middle of the screen. Then it just starts playing... so maybe give it a little longer!

Great video! I like Richard the concierge the best!! How cool that you were able to teach non scrappers how to use your rub-ons! I must try some now! Oh, and i have an Apple too, a G5, but it only took about a minute for me to be able to view w/Quicktime! : )

So cool! Heidi, I've bought TONS of your rub-ons, anticipating that I COULD BE SUCCESSFUL with them. Now that I have the tips, there is no doubt in my mind! You're too sweet to put this together! :) :) BTW... I'm the gal who "missed" seeing you @ Ruban Rouge - did Lisa give you my contact info? I've been "making up for" not seeing you by stocking up on your products! *wink* THANKS AGAIN for the awesome video. As always.... YOU ROCK.

Hi-frickety-larious, Heidi! I loved the video. It came up in a reeeeeally small square on my monitor, so I was literally an inch from the screen watching it, but I was crackin' up! You're the cat's pajamas, my friend.... now I need to go into my Heidi Swapp stash and fish out that apple pie icee for this page I got goin'. You're the bomb, baby!

i haven't had a problem with your rub ons but i wanted to see the video anyway. it loaded easily with quick time and played automatically. it came up really small though, so you were like 1/2 an inch tall. still i think it will be helpful to those who are having troubles. it was a great tutorial, and a good idea to make it.

Hello Heidi! Enjoyed the video (wish it could have been a bit clearer as I tried to increase the size of the video screen). Still it was great to see YOU in action and I love the rub-ons and your entire line of products. (Edmonton, Alberta)

I am having trouble with your rub-ons. I have the bordeaux mix in black. They are really thin and tiny. Any pointers on these?
I think all yout products ROCK and you are the reason I started scrapbooking again. I love your style! ; ^ ) Maybe someday you will make it to Milwaukee Wisconsin to teach a class or come to a convention.

Love the video! And love your rub-ons! Thanks for sharing the tips.

Ditto on Jane's comment, Heidi - I have used larger fonts with no problems whatsoever, but the Bordeaux Mix (even after I watched your video and tried the tips) just completely baffle me. No matter what I try, they do not work. But... I am in LOVE with the mini iron and use your chipboard letters all the time... Entertaining video, too!

Heidi, I just love all of your stuff that I've tried, but I admit to not having tried the rubons yet...however after watching your very cute little video I will definately be getting some with my next purchases since they look super easy to use and I LOVE the fact that I won't have to cut them all out! Keep up the great work!

Thanks Heidi! My 6 year old daughter (a scrapbooker) watched the video with me. She said " A boy is scrapbooking!!!" She thought that was hysterical.
I'm going to try my rub-ons w/ the 'Heidi' technique!
