wow... sure feels good to be home!
just got home from the 2nd ULTIMATE cruise where i floated along the Carribean blue for 8 days.. and did as little as possible! this was my 3rd scrapbooking cruise, and my 4th cruise over-all.. all with Carnival cruise lines... i have done the cruises where i did every tour, and went to every contest, played bingo, and didn't miss a show... and now, the thing that i love the most about 'cruisin' is just doing whatever i like! and for me... it's sleeping in, and relaxing! i did get to teach about 4 classes on board, and that did keep me on schedule! ... i took a book series (6 books) and came home having read 5 of them!
i think that this taking a break right before the holiday's really might have some serious merit! i came home feeling excited about the holidays! like i am rested, and i am ready to take it on! (i might have to make a tradition out of a 1st part of Nov. vacay)...
this cruise was delightful (other than less than perfect weather, and therefore a less than existant tan)... Stacy Julian, Debby Schuh and Wendy Senger were also teaching aboard, and the classes were all awesome! Wendy was misting like crazy, Stacy had women creating an entire album almost... and Debby had everyone creating a holiday album that was SO cute...and so FUN... i thought that the mix of classes was quite perfect! Stacy's husband Geoff was the only guy at our table the whole trip, and i am sure he was happy to get back to his boys... but otherwise, each of us teachers brought a girlfriend, and it just was a good girl's trip! i loved it...
alas... back to life on dry land! feeling behind and freaking out just a little that thanksgiving is really NEXT WEEK!
just wanted to quick check in and say hellO!
