I got a big box of the new House of 3 ‘Daily Junque’ and ‘Soiree’ stuff, which meant that I got to PLAY! There is so much less pressure when you aren’t limited to only a couple sheets- if you screw up, there is no more! I LOVE having a big stack of this yummy stuff! I am lucky enough to be invited back to a great store in San Jose to teach…Scrapbook Island (store blog) I will actually be teaching 3 classes- all 3 with the House of 3 collections: Parisian Anthology, Soiree and Daily Junque. I will be there on April 1st (april fools) and April 2nd. Friday night is the Parisian Anthology class- this is such a fun class- well, the Parisian Anthology papers are just GORGEOUS, and so much fun to play with! the title of the class is “Happy Thoughts”, and for those of you that will be attending, I’ll be sending you out some things to prepare with! the class is 3 hours, (6-9pm) and then we’ll be hanging out until midnight rockin out, and I will have a little ‘bonus’ project! – this will be fun!
Special note: this is the last time I’ll be teaching this class, as all the Parisian Anthology STUFF is GONE!! Sold out… vintage! The albums that I got for this class are the LAST of the albums! So unless you get yours on HSN on March 21… they are history! (sniff)
Saturday I will be teaching 2 brand new classes… each one dedicated to the 2 new collections of course… Soiree and Daily Junque! I really love how each of these projects turned out
This one uses the Soiree collection, and we’ll be playing with some fun misting techniques: masking and creating resist backgrounds… all fun stuff! This project will make such a fun little album that just beckons spring! This one would make a great Easter remembrance, or just a fun ‘girlfriends’ theme album… or maybe even be a great mother’s day gift! It’s got a little twist that you will LOVE!
This Daily Junque project is just fun to make, and could be an awesome Father’s Day or Grad memory keeper… or even just fill it up with the simple daily photos and thoughts. I am using this one to capture the funny things my little Connor says. Cause he is just a crack up! I love the map, and the hot air ballon on the cover- it says “ the world always looks brighter from behind a smile” and this child certainly makes the world a brighter place! I think this project will just make you smile!
I will also be teaching these 2 classes on my home-court… back in Mesa AZ at Scrapbooks ETC over the weekend of May 20…so excited to eat Mexican food! …oh, and Creative Escape Preview day! That will be here before we know it!
and don't forget:
