it's friday, the start of the weekend...EASTER weekend. SPRING BREAK weekend.. and we are going for the low key version! (AS IF there is a low key version of this household!)
so i am pretty excited to hear that stores are starting to receive my new Tattered Angles Release! so...i thought that i'd share some of the pages i did for CHA...
so these are just little like 4" frames that i made these little examples for...
i used one of the add on pages, the pocketwatch alphabet, the paper elements (crown) and my new texture stamp set- those of you who have had my classes in real life, you know that i love the crackle stamp!
this little one, i used a different 'add on page', and 3 of the other paper elements (bird, crest, damask circle) and the foil chipboard crown... the ribbon i glimmer misted too!
this is the pocket watch, from the alphabet, and Tattered Angels came out w/ little clear round boxes that fit right inside to add 3D elements- and then i used some of my new stamps, and the banner and rose from the die cut sheet- the die cuts are just cream and white, so you can add whatever mist or ink etc...
these 2 pages, i used my new Glimmer Screens- the 'shield'... i cut it out of the definition paper-and then i used it on both layouts-i used the swirl stamps in the shield opening. i used my resist chipboard (wings, and heart and label above)
i used the resist chipboard on this page as well- the wings and crown- i also used the die cuts and the Tattered Angels Bingo cards (for the title)
i LOVE this Prima paper- it's perfect w/ the resist chipboard roses! (and crown)- as well as one of the cool tags... i love the tags! they are the best!
here are a few more of the tags-along w/ the foil chipboard- i also used the resist alpha stickers on this page- they are so awesome...if you look in the background, behind the photos- i used my Glimmer Screen to create that shape behind the photos. ...The tags are cool, cause they have both the gold foil and the resist.
and i LOVE this big gold damask tag- and there is a little peek at the printed Crepe Ribbon- that stuff is a huge hit-might be hard to come by! i love it so much!
i think that i showed this page off a long time ago when i first used my Silhouette- this is the first thing that i ever even cut! i used my glimmer screen as a template for the photo--it's a great shape. the roses are the resist chipboard as well... but this time i used the Glimmer Glam and glaze... behind the "you" (they are Prima letters) is a circle from their new travel set. i put a 'post card' brush on the photo of quincy- from house of 3. The great thing about this stuff, mixed with the glimmer mist
and this little tag- i love... just simple!
ok, so this is what you need:
the crepe ribbon, texture stamps and the fascination folder are still COMING SOON!
Incredible projects, Heidi! You always inspire me with your endless creativity! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to those Silhouette webcasts too. Happy Easter!
